Wholeness Healing EAP is a benefit to employees dealing with work, personal, and/or family-related problems in a confidential manner. By engaging in early intervention with qualified therapists, an employee is more likely to develop improved productivity, better work relations and increased commitment to your mission.Companies commonly adopt Employee Assistance Programs in order to maintain a productive, effective and functional working environment. The primary goal of our EAP is to ensure the mental health of employees so that they can consistently contribute to the growth of your company. Wholeness Healing’s EAP covers everything from mental illness, stress-related illness, drug and alcohol addictions, to family- related stress, and marital problems. The purpose of our EAP is to reduce the amount of time employees take away from work, and to ensure that that when they return, they do so with renewed strength, optimal mental health and well-BEING.Our Program is unique from others in that we offer hypnotherapy for weight release and smoking cessation, stress reduction and neurobiofeedback, as well as traditional mental health counseling. In addition, our program offers stress-reducing and energy enhancing services such as the Energy Enhancing System and Migun Massage facility.Healthy, well-adjusted employees are the foundation of a strong business. The cost of losing human and financial resources can be minimized by utilizing our EAP. We believe that distressed employees can be retained and provided the appropriate interventions, become even better at doing their jobs. Delivering a premier level of service is our primary objective. To ensure this, we have developed a comprehensive, quality assurance program. We provide five sessions for employees and their immediate family members to be used for the following services.

We will provide orientation sessions for employees so that they become familiar with the specfic benefits being provided by the employer. The voluntary, professional and confidential nature of the service will be emphasized. Business cards and an EAP brochure are provided to the employee.
Regular consultation is provided with your human resource managment regarding the contract, the services being provided, feedback on consumer satisfaction and regular utilization reports.Whenever a traumatic workplace incident takes place involving an employee(s), counselors trained in providing stress debriefing are available to meet with the impacted employee(s) and management, for as long as needed at normal rates. A critical incident stress debriefing would be conducted by a licensed mental health professional trained in Critical Incident Stress Management. An average debriefing takes 2 ½ to 3 hours and should occur between 24 and 72 hours after an event. Additional services may include custom-designed group seminars on topics relating to stress in the workplace, hypnosis for stress, smoking cessation and weight release.
