  • Regular consultation is provided with your human resource management regarding the contract, the services being provided, feedback on consumer satisfaction and regular utilization reports.
  • Unlimited consultations are available for complex employee issues. Managers may contact our clinical staff for counsel on employee issues and concerns and guidance on how to proceed forward and with what service is available.

  • Emergenetics
    Emergenetics is a self-assessment profile of your Thinking (Analytical, Structural, Social, Conceptual) and Behavioral styles (Expressive, Assertiveness, Flexibility). This program is designed to increase self-awareness and build more effective teams. It is a dynamic psychometric tool that we, at Wholeness Healing EAP, are excited to use for business/organizational development, management, communication, team building and leadership development. Emergenetics creates a stronger team environment by showcasing and harnessing each member’s unique strengths.  Emergenetics can be tied in to individual and team goals, specific work projects and an ongoing culture of communication and openness.
  • Meeting of the Minds Workshop
    Our signature Meeting of the Minds Workshop is a half – or full day program developed to reveal your thinking and behavioral preferences through experiential learning in order to realize greater individual and team potential. This workshop is used as a talent development platform in a corporate or organizational environment by empowering individuals and setting the tone for a positive culture.  We customize the workshop to meet organization development needs including leadership, personal development, team building and communication.

Trauma Response Services

As a manager or leader in your workplace, you may be in the position of making decisions regarding the welfare of your personnel after a traumatic event.  We can help you take care of these needs with services that help maintain the health and well-Being of your employees.  Acting decisively and quickly can make all the difference in how your employees manage the event and go forward.  Our counselors are grief and trauma specialists, certified in critical incident stress management and are ready to respond should your personnel experience a traumatic situation.  Depending on the specific need, services may be needed 24-72 hours after the incident.  Call 308-382-5297 ext. 110 or ext. 127 to talk to a specialist who will consult and triage with management personnel during a critical situation.

  • Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
    A critical incident in the workplace is a sudden, traumatic event that is overwhelming, emotionally charged and often dangerous. This might include the following:
      • Natural Disasters
      • Robberies
      • Assaults or threats of assaults
      • Workplace violence
      • Bomb threats
      • Death or injury on the job
      • Sudden, unexpected death of a co-worker

CISM is an organized approach to the management of stress responses for first responders involved in a critical incident.  The goal is to help the people involved in the crisis talk about their feelings and reactions to the incident.  This intervention is also utilized to prevent disorders that may develop as a result of traumatic stress, such as post-traumatic stress disorder.  It is a tool that can be helpful in identifying personnel that may need to be referred for further services, to facilitate verbalization of experiences, to normalize reactions to stressful events and improve peer support and cohesion.

  • Crisis Response
    Crisis response is the process where the therapist helps guide and process the response to a crisis, validating feelings, identifying self-care practices and processing the impact of the crisis.
  • Grief
    Grief is a natural part of our life cycle. But regardless, when it happens, it is often is harder and more difficult than anticipated.  Having support through the process can ensure movement through the grief in a healthy way. Grief therapy focuses on guiding a person through acknowledging their feelings after a loss.
