Adjunct Modalities: Round 7, Rooted Revival and Sana Vida

Continuing the series of adjunct modalities, I would like to focus this article on a couple places, two different modalities, both located in Grand Island. The first modality is Brain Tap, offered at Sana Vida Wellness Center. I have featured several other of their modalities but have always been interested in Brain Tap and was finally able to schedule a session. Brain Tap features 5 technologies (Light frequency, Auriculotherapy, Beats and Tones, Guided Visualization, and 10 Cycle Holographic Music). You wear headphones and special glasses, so the experience is one of being immersed, without leaving your seat.
The list of issues that can be addressed is quite lengthy, and in the time span I was there, I was able to try a couple different ones, all designed to balance the brain waves. While I felt engaged the entire time, I also entered into a very calm space. Of course, one of the advertised findings is “improved brain health” so I was intrigued about that.
Sana Vida is located at 2604 St. Patrick Ave, Suite 1, in Grand Island. The website is https://www.sanavidawc.com and they can be contacted by phone at 308.754-1136. I have featured several of their modalities in my article coverage, and I continue to be amazed at the high level of each one. Brain Tap is definitely one I would recommend.
Located next to Sana Vida, same address, Suite 1B, is Rooted Revival. I signed up for the Microcurrent Therapy, more out of curiosity than anything else. I was so glad I did, as the owner, Chelsea, was so accommodating, so knowledgeable, and made the experience so pleasant.
As I had been having some back and hip pain, I asked that that be addressed, which it was. She did say that in order to be the most effective, the treatment would involve several sessions, for the benefits to be optimal. I had roughly an hour session, and I did feel quite good when finished. And yes, I do plan to return.
In addition to Microcurrent Therapy, Rooted Revival also offers Zyto Scan and Consultation, Health/Wellness Hormone Coaching, EVOX, and Health and Wellness Products, as well as Auricular. They offer individual sessions or have program packages available. They have a website at www.rootedrevivalwc.com.
I continue to be quite pleased about the availability of services in our area. When I began this series of articles, with the first published in Sept. 2023, I never imagined I would still be finding new modalities, closely available, in central Nebraska, or within easy driving distance.
Yes self-care is important, more so every day, as we continue to be affected by things going on around us, in our lives and beyond. Find a modality that addresses your need; you are worth it!
