Hello, I'm
Elaine Zutavern
Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
Elaine Zutavern is joining Wholeness Healing Center after graduating with her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) in August 2024. Prior to graduating, she completed her internship at Wholeness Healing in the Abbott Sisters Internship Program (ASIP). In 2003, Elaine obtained a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from UNK.
Elaine’s goal is to provide a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that allows her clients to feel at ease and empowers them to be able to express themselves freely. It is Elaine’s belief that each client already has internal wisdom, courage and fortitude even amidst their pain and suffering. She is dedicated to empowering her clients so that they can overcome their challenges, build resilience and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves. Elaine is accepting clients in the Grand Island and Broken Bow offices as well as through telehealth. She looks forward to working with teens, adults, families and couples. Elaine attended a training in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and is currently working on becoming certified so that she can share this healing modality with her clients.
Elaine enjoys working out in her yard in her flowerbeds or garden, or on the river kayaking and swimming in the warmer months. Throughout the year, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, cooking/baking, spending time with family and friends and reading.
