New Offerings for Expansion Empowerment

Empowerment: stepping into ourselves, actualizing our potential, and really embracing who we are; a personal goal, now with a program to address more fully those needs. The new Empowerment program is set to begin in April.

The program consists of three modules, three weeks apiece, from 6-7 pm on Wednesday nights. They are set up to be consequential, so A is a requirement to take B, and A and B are requirements for enrollment in C.

Empowerment A: Identifying and Capitalizing on Personal Strengths is the first module. The format is basically the same for all and will feature a short meditation, sharing, lesson, and personal homework.

Empowerment A will begin with each person identifying and “owning” his/her strengths, with the teaching and lessons designed to move that forward.

Empowerment B: Reclaiming and Using Voice will focus on using tools from A, moving into saying what you need to say, in a more powerful way, asking for what you need, and really delving into those pieces that may have been lost, shoved aside, or ignored, causing a person to focus on others while minimizing self.

Empowerment C: Raising Consciousness will be the third of the Empowerment series, using the messages from the first two modules to really “move into” a greater awareness. This awareness may be of one’s personal journey, within family, or it may likely be one’s journey into a greater spiritual awareness, raising the conscious connection within self, the world, and spiritual connection.

The class will be limited to 15 participants; homework will be expected each week, mostly in the form of implementation and reporting. The format of meditation, sharing, and teaching will allow for personal and group work. The cost of the class will be $90 per module, with use of EAP accepted. Empowerment A will begin April 24th, Wednesday 6-7 pm. Consecutive Wednesdays, May 1st and 8th,will complete Module A. Dates for Module 2 will be set later.
