The Cherry on the Therapy Sunday of Life

By a Client

It’s the most positive group I’ve ever been in . . . everyone is there to learn and everyone is sharing their experiences and making the world a better place one woman at a time . . . I just looked at everyone there and felt like we are all taking it home and back to our personal lives and coming back to group and reporting that our changes are changing others also.  For me, it has been like the cherry on the therapy Sunday of life. I feel as if I’ve worked hard in the last 50 years and now DBT is allowing me just to enjoy my life.
