Ways to Eat Mindfully

  • Make the meal a set time and place and have it last 20 minutes or more
  • East slowly and deliberately
  • Take small bites and chew thoroughly
  • Put your fork down between bites
  • Notice the taste and smells
  • Pay attention to your hunger level
