Letting Go

Let Go of What Has You. Are you ready to release fear, hurt, resentments, shame, grief, guilt, sadness, anxiety and worry?  This program may be exactly what you have been looking for. It has been created by Aida Reyes and Bob Hafner to help you “discover the keys to unlocking what is holding you back from becoming your true self”.

The program is a weekend long (Friday evening to Sunday evening) program that allows each person to work within a group, to further their growth, with connecting, renewing, and transforming into the best person you can be. It features educational, experiential and personal discovery work. Some programs are residential, while some will be offered with the arrangements to go home after the Friday and Saturday night sessions.

The program was designed as a “stepping stone” into the Personal Transformational Intensive (PTI), which is a 5 weekend residential program with intensive work on personal discovery and healing. There were some questions of people committing to 5 weekends of personal work, so the Let Go program was developed to allow people to “step in” to their own work, focusing on breaking free from their past and gaining some empowerment to move forward and experiencing the freedom of loving yourself.

The program features guided visualizations, guided release work, and processes to help each person enter into a state of “well-being and joy”. The processes are guided by the facilitators, in a program designed to help each person personally delve into their pasts, release the resentments and hurt, moving forward in a healing way.

Deb England, Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Teresa Witthuhn, Licensed Master Social Worker and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist in Kansas, will be offering the Let Go program, beginning in June, at sites in Grand Island, Broken Bow, and in Kansas.
