My name is Libby Todd and I’m excited and thankful to be a member of the Wholeness Healing Center team. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree in 2018 from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and during my coursework, I completed an internship at Wholeness Healing Center. My past employment experiences have consisted of medical social work in various settings. I am currently fulfilling a part time role at Wholeness Healing Center as a Provisional Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am able to serve clients who need an evening appointment.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma informed care, Play therapy, Grief counseling, and Brainspotting; as well as Family and Group therapy. I do have a special interest in helping couples through marital counseling and plan to enhance this passion with continued training in this area. My focus as a counselor is to provide a peaceful, caring and loving environment. It is in this environment that I want to support individuals, couples and families with positivity, hope and various tools to help achieve peace and contentment.
I am married and have two children. I enjoy the outdoors, sitting in nature, kayaking, running or hiking and reading. I enjoy reading non-fiction, drinking warm beverages, cuddling in soft blankets, long yoga practices, morning meditations and expressive writing.
