When we are feeling on overload, it could be a sign that we are out of balance. Our minds are racing with thoughts of what we should be doing and not focusing on the tasks at hand. Finding things that can bring us joy, such as being in nature, planting a garden, picking up a new hobby, taking a class for fun, reading a book on personal development, or getting a pedicure or massage is part of the process.
