Hello, I'm
Rachel Kohlman
EAP Administrator
I am Rachel Kohlman, and I am thrilled to join Wholeness Healing as the part-time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Administrator. With over 23 years of experience in the first responder field and a background in agriculture, I understand the critical role EAP services play in connecting individuals with the support they need.
My commitment to supporting employees and their families is driven by the belief that EAP can help navigate transitions, enhance job satisfaction, and promote overall physical and emotional well-being.
Having lived in Nebraska for the past 20 years, I retain the accent of my home state, Minnesota. I strive to approach each day as an opportunity to make a positive impact, as I believe every day can be a great day. I am passionate about learning, teaching, and promoting wellness for all.
In my work with high-trauma and high-stress environments, I have witnessed firsthand the profound benefits of EAP services. Offering a confidential and proactive resource for various challenges is invaluable for any organization.
I look forward to meeting each of you and fostering strong relationships as I embark on this role as EAP Administrator.
